What it is
You paste the public URL of a named UK planning decision notice. We send a PDF that:
- states the permission in one page of plain English;
- lists every numbered condition on that notice;
- classifies each as pre-commencement, during works, pre-occupation, or compliance-only;
- cites the council wording, so you can see the trigger (“no development shall commence until…”, “prior to construction above foundation…”, “shall not be occupied until…”, or an ongoing duty).
If the notice is thin, the PDF says so. We do not invent conditions.
What it is not
- Not planning advice. We do not tell you whether the permission is implementable, lawful, or a good idea.
- Not discharge-application writing. We do not prepare, lodge, or chase an approval of details reserved by condition.
